The City lists residential and commercial building fees and additional state fees for specified permits. It does not identify a standalone roof-only charge in the inspected table. The general square-foot rates should not be treated as a reroof price.
The published process includes review by the building official, fire marshal and city engineer. These are stated as commercial business-construction requirements, not proof that every reroof needs the same plans, drainage report or occupancy steps.
The inspected public materials do not establish the roof-only permit trigger, repair exemption, applicable fee or inspection sequence. A contact name is not itself an answer to those rules. The exact work needs to be resolved with the Building Official before relying on an allowance or exemption.
OUBCC lists the 2024 International Residential Code adoption effective September 14, 2026. Local application, amendments and project classification still matter. A general recover statement should not be treated as permission for a particular roof.

The published table does not identify a roof-only charge. Do not apply a new-building or general remodel rate to roofing without confirmation for that scope.
